On Fault Lines today I revealed that I have obtained never published forensic photos of the body of Sergei Magnitsky, William Browder’ accountant, that show not a mark on his torso. Browder claims he was beaten to death by prison guards. Magnitsky died at 9:30pm Nov 16, 2009, and the photos were taken the next day. The half-hour interview starts at 2:30:00.

Photos with marks shown on wrists and ankles and distributed by Browder came from the same forensic report that showed a body outline on which bruises and wounds were to be marked and which was blank: no wounds.

I told that I sent this information to the Australian Parliamentary committee considering a Magnitsky Act in a submission in March – which they invited from citizens and foreigners – detailing that William Browder‘s Magnitsky Act claims that Magnitsky was murdered by prison guards are false. The submission was extensive and included links to evidence.

I proved how the English translation of a report given by Browder to the Physicians for Human Rights, Cambridge, Mass, which he wanted to conclude that Magnitsky had been beaten to death, included a forgery, eliminating a section that said indicated bruises came from lividity, which causes them to appear when a dead body is turned and then swiftly disappear.

The Committee of the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs Defence and Trade, Department of the Australian House of Representatives has posted submissions from Browder and Human Rights Watch, both supporters of the Act.

I told how, after a month, asking to know why the committee had still not posted my submission, it explained that “The Committee is still considering whether to publish your submission in whole or in part. Because your submission is critical of other people, the Committee is required to take certain steps before publication.”

If the committee refuses to accept my submission because it is critical, it means the fix is in. That it is interested in only one side of the story.

I noted on the broadcast that though the photos and documents are solid, several dozen U.S. media – both allegedly progressive and mainstream — have refused to publish this information. And if that McCarthyite censorship, the result of rampant fear-inducing Russophobia, continues I will publish it and the evidence on this website.

I also spoke briefly of how Gerard Ryle, the head of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, which obtained the Panama Papers and controlled the media articles based on it, refuses to tell why its reporters have not written about Browder, whose several companies were set up in the British Virgin Islands by Mossack Fonseca, ICIJ’s Panama Papers targeted company formation agent.
